Mobile-first design isn't optional anymore

If your website was designed on a desktop and only checked on a phone as an afterthought, it's almost certainly hurting your conversion rate.

Mobile-first means designing the phone view first, then expanding outward. It forces you to be ruthless about what really matters: a clear headline, an obvious call to action, and fast loading.

What to check today: tap targets at least 44px tall, body text at least 16px, no horizontal scrolling, click-to-call on every page, and a sticky WhatsApp or phone button.

Google also uses the mobile version of your site to decide rankings — so a poor mobile experience hurts your SEO as well as your sales.
